Who We Are

Shanda brings a unique blend of education and speech-language pathology experience to her role as Director of Client and Team Relations at LeTourneau & Associates. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Spanish, with a minor in Business, from Baylor University in 2004. After several years teaching Spanish and coaching in secondary education, Shanda pursued her passion for speech therapy by earning a master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2011. Working as a Speech-Language Pathologist within school settings, Shanda is deeply committed to supporting secondary students as they develop functional speech skills that prepare them for success beyond high school. Her strengths lie in advocating for student success, fostering strong relationships with staff, and collaborating closely with school districts to ensure seamless integration of LeTourneau & Associates’ services. Outside of work, Shanda enjoys spending quality time with her family and cheering on her three boys in all their sports and activities.

Anna brings a strong blend of expertise, organization, and passion to her role as Director of Operations at LeTourneau & Associates. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Ouachita Baptist University in 2016 and went on to complete her master’s degree at the University of Texas at Dallas in 2018. Since then, Anna has dedicated her career to serving school districts as a Speech-Language Pathologist, driven by her genuine love for working with young children. Known for her exceptional organizational skills, commitment to employee satisfaction, and passion for excellence, Anna plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of LeTourneau & Associates. Outside of work, she enjoys sports, outdoor activities, volunteering at her local church, and spending quality time with her family.
