Services

We partner with Special Education Departments to provide dependable staffing solutions, ensuring every student has access to the individualized support they deserve. From short-term placements to long-term commitments, we’re here to serve your needs.

Speech Language Pathologists

Our Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) are licensed professionals dedicated to helping students develop and enhance their communication, language, and speech skills. They conduct comprehensive assessments, design and implement individualized therapy plans, and monitor student progress to ensure meaningful growth. In collaboration with educators, families, and support staff, our SLPs deliver high-quality, evidence-based services that align with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and educational goals. SLPs also play a leadership role within the therapy team. They may provide supervision and mentorship to Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) and Speech-Language Pathologist Interns, ensuring that all services are delivered ethically, effectively, and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, SLPs are responsible for documentation, progress reporting, and participation in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings as needed.

Speech Language Pathologist Assistants

Our Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) play a vital role in supporting students’ communication and language development. Under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), SLPAs provide direct speech therapy services as outlined in each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP). SLPAs work hands-on with students to help improve their speech, language, and communication skills through engaging and individualized therapy sessions. They collect data on student progress, assist with documentation, and complete Medicaid billing as required. SLPAs also collaborate closely with their supervising SLP to implement therapy plans, prepare materials, and carry out other supportive tasks that enhance the effectiveness of speech and language services. Through their teamwork, dedication, and expertise, our SLPAs help ensure every student receives high-quality, consistent, and compassionate speech therapy services.

Educational Diagnosticians

Our Educational Diagnosticians are essential members of the special education team, dedicated to supporting students’ academic and developmental success. They work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to identify students’ learning strengths and areas of need through comprehensive educational assessments. Educational Diagnosticians evaluate cognitive, academic, and processing skills to help determine eligibility for special education services and to guide the development of effective, individualized instructional plans. They play a key role in interpreting assessment data, writing detailed evaluation reports, and contributing to the creation and implementation of each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP). In addition to conducting evaluations, Diagnosticians may be required to participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to share evaluation results, collaborate with team members, and ensure that each student’s educational plan meets their unique needs. They also support compliance with state and federal regulations, assist with progress monitoring, and provide insight to help educators tailor instruction to meet diverse student needs.

School Psychologists

Our School Psychologists are key members of the educational team who support students’ academic success, emotional well-being, social development, and behavioral health. They collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to identify barriers to learning, design interventions, conduct assessments, and monitor progress. By working within student-support systems and contributing to individualized educational plans, our School Psychologists help ensure that each learner has access to a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment where they can thrive. They may: Perform psychological evaluations, interpret data, and write reports. Help determine eligibility for special education and related services. Provide consultation to teachers and administrators on behavior management, classroom environment, and mental-health supports. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings (such as ARD/IEP team meetings) to align psychological services with educational goals. Assist in crisis response, school-wide prevention initiatives, and student transitions (for example, between grade levels or from one program to another).

Special Education Counselors

Our Special Education Counselors serve a vital role in supporting students with disabilities in the school setting. Working alongside general-education and special-education teachers, administrators, parents, and other support staff, they help ensure that students’ academic, social, emotional, behavioral, and transition needs are addressed in an integrated way. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with special-education and general-education teams to help design and implement individualized plans (such as components of an IEP or 504 plan) that support students’ success inside and beyond the classroom. Providing direct counseling services (individual or small group) to help students navigate social-emotional challenges, build self-advocacy skills, adjust to the school environment, and prepare for post-school outcomes (college, career, independent living). Consulting with educators and families about strategies to support students with disabilities, including behavior interventions, social skills training, accommodations/modifications, and transition planning. Serving as a member of multidisciplinary teams (such as the Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) committee) to represent the counseling perspective, communicate student needs, track progress and outcomes, and help align services with educational goals. Assisting in crisis response, facilitating referrals to mental-health or community services, and helping coordinate supports for students who may face academic, behavioral or attendance challenges due to their special-education needs. Monitoring student progress, documenting counseling and support activities, and participating in the evaluation of programs and supports to ensure fidelity and effectiveness. Through these services, our Special Education Counselors help create a safe, inclusive and growth-oriented environment — empowering each student to build communication, coping, self-management and transition skills needed for success in school and life.
